Hello,
This account was registered only 5 days ago, and whenever I try to edit a post's tags I get met with the following error message:
Access Denied: Updater can not yet perform this action. Account is too new
How new is too new to be able to edit posts?

You need to wait 7 days after registration for regular account functions to unlock, but the fact that you could make a forum post now probably means that the info in the link above might be inaccurate.
