create implication black_rug (2) -> rug (3901)

Reason: There are different colors of rugs.
I did the same for carpet colors in topic #62779.

Is there a useful distinction between rug and carpet? The rug wiki says,

The difference between a rug and a carpet is that a carpet tends to cover the entire floor, while a rug covers only a small portion.

And the wiki for carpet has 2 examples (out of 3), along with 3 of the latest posts (out of 4) showing a "rug" (covers only part of the floor). Maybe it's just me, but I would use "rug" and "carpet" interchangeably for floor covering.

I think the proper term is "throw rug" for the kinds of rug/carpet that specifically only cover part of the floor.
