What do you do when an artist has the same exact name as another artist? I just got done posting some pics by an artist named "Gumi" from Pixiv but there was already a "Gumi_(artist)" tag in the site. I can't tell if it would be the same artist considering the oldest ones are from over 16 years ago, another is a Pony drawing with no real source and the last one has a dead link.

You can use gumi_(Pixiv).
I think the gumi_(artist) and the one you posted are different artists.
