Personally, I wouldn’t imply that because knife could be used normally as a cutting tool, not a weapon, much like how scissors aren’t consider a weapon despite how it could be used as one

From the wiki of knife:

The context of the image and the type of knife will determine whether a knife is considered a tool, or a weapon. A kitchen knife is an example of a tool. A dagger is an example of a weapon. Any knife can be used as a weapon in a given context, but not all knives should be considered weapons.
