Mostly what it says on the tin. If an anime character's name is pronounced one way in the Japanese version of the show, and a somewhat different way in the English version, which pronunciation do we put in the character's tag wiki?

Why not both?
You can put whatever relevant information you want into the character's wiki, such as the character's other nicknames or their full name.
If you mean which character tag to prioritise using, we would prefer having their English names since this is the main language of the site.
You may use their Japanese names if it is more popular while the English localised name is more obscure.

Okay now I'm surprised we don't have a why_not_both/porco_no_los_dos tag. It was so memeable.

I was going to correct you and say it's porque, but apparently in this context it's actually 2 words: por qué. Lo siento, no hablo español...

.....You know what? Fair point. I was just trying to figure out whether or not it would be appropriate to fully replace the pronunciation listed in Crusch Lulu's wiki entry with the English pronunciation. But when you put it that way...yeah, probably better to have both, so fans can decide which they prefer.
