So we already have a tag toilet_paper_(artist) for ToiletPaper on X, but I want to upload an illustration by another artist called Toilet Paper on Pixiv and I am sure that they are not the same person.

For very common names, we would just disambiguate the artist tag straight-up (e.g., toilet_paper_(disambiguation)).
However, since this is just a name shared between 2 artists, this is not necessary.
As for the proper naming of the tags, we go with the most popular name each artist uses and a suffix of their main gallery/ID/join year (whenever necessary). Therefore:
- The first artist gets tagged with toiletpaperhgha.
- Because they go by this handle under X and Bluesky.
- Hypothetically, if they are only ever called "ToiletPaper", then we would name their tag as toiletpaper_(twitter) or toiletpaper_(twitter_2021).
- The second artist gets tagged with toilet_paper_(pixiv).
- Because this is their only known alias & gallery that they post to.
- Hypothetically, if there is another artist on Pixiv with the same name, then we would name their tag as toilet_paper_(pixiv_123842386).
We would also ideally want to purge/move all posts from toilet_paper_(artist) and leave that tag empty. A disambiguation will also need to be mentioned on the tag's wiki.
