The tag alias #81882 slit_(wound) -> cut_(wound) is pending approval.

Reason: Not sure why one would use slit_(wound). Using "cut" as the terminology results in more readable tags like cuts_all_over (the alternative being slits_all_over which is... strange)

I'd like to overhaul injuries in the future but it's a bit confusing (scratch vs cut vs laceration, should claw injuries and light scratches fall under the same tag, etc) so I'll start with this simple alias.

No, only admins can approve AIBURs (which we only have ~3 juggling around the duty) and that approval process is very work intensive (which results in admins not wanting to work on it).
Keeping in mind that it is also very easy to mess up the tags and any actions made cannot be easily undone, so only simple AIBURs with lots of approvals/discussion gets processed quicker (see topic #43250).

It once reached a point where we had to purge all old alias/implication requests because there was too much backlog and not enough admins to process it.
