Reason: I also wanted to request making dovahzul a meta tag like other fictional_languages, but I wasn't finding a way how.

You would need to use a BUR to change the category. Hitting the "Help" gives you a few templates you can copy/paste. The bottommost one (category tag_name -> category_name) would be the one you want.

Ok, making one now, should I also include the implication listed here, so as to make it one concise request?

It's fine leaving it as. But you can attach the BUR to this thread by putting the thread's ID as seen in the URL (61984) in that "Forum topic" box on the BUR.

The bulk update request #13230 is active.

change category dovahzul_text (0) -> meta
create alias dovahzul (7) -> dovahzul_text (0)
create implication dovahzul_text (0) -> fictional_language (524)
create implication dovahzul_text (0) -> text (1543852)

Reason: I think I did this right, I'm still new to this. Dovahzul is the full language used in Skyrim, it should be listed as a meta tag, I believe it would also be correct to format the name as Dovahzul_text. There are no posts tagged as Dovahzul that are audio, so there isn't a need for a dovahzul_audio at this time (although I'm sure someone has made posts with the dragons speaking, but for now it remains untagged).

My main worry with formatting having never done this before, is whether to say dovahzul or dovahzul text for the category switch. I'm hoping I picked correctly though.

EDIT: The bulk update request #13230 (forum #480273) has been approved by @furrypickle.

I think I have made two errors oops, but my intent is clear I think?

change category dovahzul_text (0) -> meta # missing

That simply means the dovahzul_text tag hasn't actually been created and used anywhere yet. I don't think you need to worry about it as it will be in use when the BUR goes through, but if you'd like, you can tag a post with it. (If that doesn't clear it off the BUR, you'll have to edit it off manually.)

create alias dovahzul (7) -> dovahzul_text (0) # has blocking transitive relationships, cannot be applied through bur

This is because of your opening implication request here. When I said it was okay before, I didn't know that you intended to alias Dovahzul away. You can't use a BUR to alias away a tag that has aliases or implications attached to it. This includes any pending tag requests.

You're going to need to go up to your OP and click on implication #71134. On the subsequent page, you can reject your request. That should clear this error.

Note: I edited it a bit to fix it. Aliasing it will also move the posts over, so a separate mass update step wasn't needed. If it's being aliased to the text version of the tag, then that is the one that should implicate to fictional_language, so adjusting that accordingly. Just minor streamlining details to help it work as intended.
