Reason: Mechanical wings are a subtype of wings.

I think this might be a bit ambiguous. It seems mechanical_wings are being used for biological-style wings, ala membranous_wings or feathered_wings just made out of mechanical parts instead of organic material:

This should have been cleaned up with airplane_wings, though we need to do something with metal_wings and metallic_wings
