The bulk update request #13135 has been rejected.
create implication kissing_pov (389) -> kissing (85392)
create implication kissing_viewer (29) -> kissing (85392)
Reason: Even though kissing_pov and kissing_viewer tags don't necessarily mean the same, they both should imply to kissing as if a character is about to kiss you or is kissing you.

kissing_pov and kissing_viewer look like they're the same thing. Logically they should be different (kissing_pov being when you can see the viewer for first_person_view, ala other *_pov tags, and kissing_viewer being when it's not first_person_view, but kissing_pov has many posts without the viewer visible), but they're currently effectively the same.
Also kissing_pov applies for after_kiss and imminent_kiss too, so kissing doesn't always apply.
