Not sure where to ask this, but what should I do if I keep getting a 'Authentication Failed' error when trying to login, given the nature of the website there is no troubleshooting functionality for it. Am I just permanently locked out if it does not accept the provided api key and email I use here?

I was using the api key and email since the login form seemed to be asking for an email rather then a user name. I did however just check with my user name instead and the same problem still pops up.
(I just tried myself and was able to login successfully, so it's working at least a bit.) If you didn't already, maybe try using an underscore instead of a space in your name?
