Topic: Mass Add / Remove Vote?

Posted under e621 Tools and Applications

Is there a way to add / remove votes from posts in mass without having to go into each post individually? I'd imaging not since that sounds like it could be heavily abused.

Mass downvotes based on their content will get you into trouble. On the other hand, mass upvotes are less likely going to get you into trouble, but it can be if it was found that you have used it disruptively.

As for quickly adding/removing votes, there isn't any real way for normal members, but Privileged+ members can use the Mode Menu (see e621:Posts).

EDIT: Clarified the locked feature.

You can change it to "Vote up" or "Vote down", and then clicking on the post's thumbnail will apply your votes.

I think that this is priv+.

Yeah, I thought as much. After learning sets and favorites have post limits, it was recommended to use vote searches for organizing liked posts. This just adds a lot more onto my set cleanup project now that it adds all that I have liked over many years. I hardly ever downvote as is since I usually see it as rude so it might as well be a useless feature to me.
