If its content with Tokens that are temporal and with due date, but always renews itself and its always accesible and free.
Is it allowed in e621 that way?

Ask yourself: Would you need to pay for it, normally? Is the artist providing the tokens without payment? But yeah, if Patreona paywall'd site is legitimately allowing free viewership, maybe the rules need to be more explicit. This is not a piracy-oriented site, so those questions are relevant.
What makes this a non-issue is if the artist gets a verified account and posts it. ;)

What exactly do you mean by tokens?
Cause this could maybe fall under this clause in the rules:
- Pay-What-You-Want content (PWYW) that's allowed to be "bought" for $0.00 is DNP for the first two months after publication.

Well, if its something older than 2 months and its common free access, is it allowed to be uploaded then?
And by tokens i mean... Well, I dont know. The link of Patreon I try to use says the tokens are due after some unknown ammount of time. Tecnically the link becomes invalid and a new one needs to be made to access it
patreonusercontent.com
When I try to upload the post, even the e621 recognizes it and seems to accept it. But, is it allowed?

oh, well in that case that's just non-paywalled public patreon content, which is fine.

You can link the submission post itself so that people would know where it is from.
As for Patreon content, you are allowed to post it as long as it was released for free by the artist.
You are only not allowed to post content that is pay-to-view or commercial content.

The mechanism for retrieving posts from URLs is wholly disconnected from whether or not it's allowed; I wouldn't recommend drawing conclusions from that.
I'll second Wolfgang's suggestion; you don't have to be vague about it, you can just link the post here & let us see if there's any contextual details you might have missed that make this allowed/disallowed.

I've been wondering this for a while and have come across this scenario again, so I'll go ahead and take you up on this offer.
One: This post by pinkshinyhorns that I found about via their Twitter. It's a patreon reward post with no requirements to view.
https://www.patreon.com/posts/october-2025-144027462
Two: Kasscabel's "join for free" Patreon posts...
After reviewing it via opening a privet browser where I'm not logged in to Patreon, I've found that the only ones of those are speedpaints, and I get the feeling like those wouldn't be... right in any case
https://www.patreon.com/c/_kasscabel/posts
Three: Nick Daniel's comic Latchkey Kingdom. I went and asked them about someone theoretically posting their comic onto e6 here, pointing out how they could get a conditional DNP about it.
I haven't yet gotten a response and will update this when I do.

Publicly-accessible Patreon posts with no paywall/membership requirements can be freely posted without any issues.

I'm going to assume you mean the two examples here: "Public" and "Free members" (as classified on Patreon).
Publicly-accessible posts are free-to-post as mentioned before. However, any free but "locked" posts or posts with visible preview thumbnails that ask you to "Join to unlock" cannot be posted freely.
I believe that they fall into the same criteria as 'free' Pay-What-You-Want content, which means they are DNP for the first 2 months from the post date. After which, you can post it freely.

The same allowances and restrictions apply here, as mentioned before.
In addition, you can actually completely bypass any artist-based DNP restrictions (i.e., any commercial content, pay-what-you-want, webcomic restrictions) if you have been granted special permissions from the artist themselves.
This will need to be supplied upon upload so that the approver/janitor would know that you have special permissions and to not delete your posts for being DNP.
