Topic: "Edit Notes" button is missing

On this post, the "Edit Notes" button is missing, but I can see it on other posts.

It's a webp, since those can be animated I doubt they'll support notes much like gifs don't support notes

I've never seen a gif with notes, so I'd assumed they couldn't have notes
So then it's just as simple as missing allowing them and should be reported in topic #25734

That would be a bit of a strange reason not to allow notes, as there are also a few animated pngs with notes as well. (order:note type:png animated)

Let's just think it's an oversight and not intentional...
