The tag implication #38441 milking_self -> lactating has been rejected.

There is a clear line between lactating and milking one self: the very action (or inaction) itself. Are they actually milking themselves or just simply lactating?

If they aren't actually milking themselves, then it wouldn't (or shouldn't) be tagged milking_self. If they are milking themselves and lactation is occurring, then it should be tagged milking_self lactating.

Now, what should happen if a character is performing the action of milking themself, but nothing's coming out?

Unless I reversed the implication by mistake, since milking_self is "Using one's hands/tail to milk themselves, without using a milking_machine" it should implicate lactating
