The tag implication #37693 dilated_pupils -> big_pupils has been approved.
Reason: Like constricted_pupils implicated to small_pupils...
Also I noticed that several posts are mistagged with this. Some doesn't have pupils, others are just empty eyes or has small/constricted pupils.
