I would suggest unimplying spread_pussy, spread_legs, spread_anus, spread_butt, & spread_cloaca first before making the disambiguation.
Also, is this disambiguation even necessary? If it is, then presenting would need to share the same treatment since "all instances of presenting should also specify the presented anatomy with a presenting_* subtag".
