Tuberous breasts. Which is probably what it should be called if somebody really wants to start tagging for it.
Or if you're taking weaponized_breasts a bit too literally.
To the original post, a definition for how these tags should be used would be a good starting point for why making and utilizing torpedo_tits/breasts_outside would be a good idea (at least so folks can understand why these tags should be made, and whether or not other tags currently exist for these).
On it's own, torpedo_tits/torpedo_breasts wouldn't be ideal to utilize, since folks could conflate those to mean literal "breasts as torpedos" or something. I can't be sure without a definition to better understand what you're looking for, but something like tuberous_breasts or bulbous_breasts might be a better starting point.
As for breasts_outside, you might be suggesting a new tag that is already covered by exposed_breasts and one_breast_out. Again, I can't be sure if this is what was meant without a definition for breasts_outside.

Depending on how folks feel about utilizing a tag like this, I can make a Bulk Update Request to make it a tag. Folks will also need to determine what name to use for this tag.
Personally, I prefer utilizing bulbous_breasts as the tag's name and aliasing other tags (torpedo_tits, tuberous_breasts, etc) and name variations to it. But regardless of my own opinion, when the Bulk Update Request is submitted the other tag names will be aliased to the tag name folks prefer.
