Reason:

Circumcised is only tagged for penises. Therefore, if it's properly tagged, there must be a visible penis.

Before anyone agrees, is there any describable way to tell that a vagina is circumcised? And if so, are there any pics here for it?

Edit: NVM, I looked it up. There is definitely a way to tell. Basically, if any or all of the outer genitals of the vagina are removed (clitoris/labia)

There's pussy_circumcision, but otherwise it's not something that's really tagged as far as I'm aware.
