Reason:

Too ambiguous.
...or maybe it'd be better to invalidate it? Most seem to be accidental tags from new users trying to learn to use the categories. ('general:<tag>', without the colon.)

There's only a couple of army-related generals, and those can be retagged as something else; general_(army) or maybe general_(rank)?

general_(rank) is probably what I'd go with

I started sorting these, and instantly ran into a problem.
Most of them are tagged by outside information. So I opted to move some to warrior, officer, and soldier.

And t's hard to tell exactly how high rank a character has, without outside information. I've tagged some as general_(rank) simply because they were already tagged as general, but maybe it'd be best to just merge that into officer?
